Elmdor 18″ x 18″ Metal Dry Wall Access Door, Screwdriver Latch, Prime Coat Finish

Access door and frame shall be fabricated from 16 gage, galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish suitable for painting. The door shall have rounded safety corners and a rod hinge up to 24, 24 and larger are provided with a concealed piano hinge. Frame shall be one piece construction with no miters or welds on the face. Latch shall be screwdriver operated. Standard material thickness is 16 gage for the door and door frame.

Doors are ideally suited for new installations or for remodeling, in masonry, tile, wood or other wall and ceiling surfaces. Door features rounded safety corners.
